Returns and Refunds:

The SLS Shop strives to provide the highest quality goods and shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase, with a few exceptions listed below.

All beds, pillows and other bedding products sold by The SLS Shop come from bedding brands that have been included in rooms across SLS properties throughout the United States. From time to time, we may experience a product shift, and the items being sold may have been upgraded or changed. As a result, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure and confirm the item(s) being purchased match the desired product description, brand and specifications prior to purchase and delivery, as The SLS Shop will not be responsible in the case a customer purchases a model or product that does not accurately reflect the products they experienced in a specific SLS guestroom.

 How to Return an Item:

Except where stated otherwise, merchandise purchased from The SLS Shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email us notification of your return at shop@slshotels.com. Merchandise must be in original condition, new and unused. Enclose original receipt with return. Insure all items for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit redeemable at the online shop.

In order to return an item, please email shop@slshotels.com with the reason for your return.

Returns will not be accepted on mattresses, box springs, multimedia items, magazines, paper products, posters, earrings, sale merchandise, special order or custom merchandise or any items not received in a resalable condition. Refunds will not be given on any items not received in a resalable condition.

SLS Shop credit is valid for one year from date of issue.

Merchandise for return or replacement should be sent to the seller, MHG Holdco LLC, at the address below at the customer’s expense:
